Co-Founder and CEO
Sarah has been involved in the construction industry her whole life. She is passionate about communication between design, engineering, and construction, focuses on working challenging problems with efficiency (minimizing the B.S.), and embraces working with contractors.
Sarah's goal is to keep clients for life by being the one finding solutions, building incredible teams of people, and treating clients fairly and respectfully.

Co-Founder and President
Daniel has over 8 years of professional design experience after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. His experience in commercial design includes working with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood. He has also worked on a variety of building types including hotels, casinos, conference centers, schools, housing, and public safety.
Daniel also currently serves in the New Mexico Air National Guard and has served over 9 years in the Air Force.
